Super Admin user Privileges

Reset Draw is available for Super Admin users in the event a club needs to have a drawn competition reset, perhaps due to a configuration issue. For example, consider a scenario where a specific membership type has been mistakenly omitted from inclusion in any existing GFR. When the Draw takes place and the bookings are created, bookings for any tee time which include one of the members lacking a GFR will be skipped and ends up completely un-booked. Club Admins would just need to fix a straightforward issue with their GFRs and then they would be ready to re-send the pairings data to the Timesheet.

To reset a draw:

• Navigate to draw entrants screen and click 'Reset Draw'.
• Navigate to Timesheet and delete entrants.

The ‘Create Draw’ button reappears and the Admin user can follow the steps outlined previously to confirm the draw.

Note, we do not want to be advertising this function exists, but it is available as a fail safe for BRS to provide support to clubs when they need it, without requiring developer input.
