Requirements: BRS Members Booking Module
Member registration is a process which involves your golf club members registering their details with BRS online via your club website. The golf club must verify each registration and enable the member’s profile. Once these steps are completed, a member can sign in and make a booking.
N.B. If using a Club Systems website, please contact Club Systems to inform them you are now using the BRS Tee Booking System and would like to enable Single Sign On*, Diary Integration and BRS booking links.
*Members should simply be able to login to the Members area of your Club Systems website. This removes any need for members to register to use the BRS Tee Booking System.
The BRS Members Tee Time Reservation URL should be added to your golf club’s website when you are ready for members to start registering. Alternatively, send the link below directly to the members via email.

Replace "insertclubname" from the link above with the club identifier belonging to your club. If you are not sure, please contact our support team.
1. Once on the members booking page, a member will have the choice of 2 buttons: ‘REGISTER’ and ‘LOGIN’. Members should click on the ‘REGISTER’ button to get started.
2. The member will then be taken to the ‘Members’ Internet Booking Registration Form’. Here they will fill out their required details as shown then click the ‘Register’ button to proceed.
3. User will see a popup to indicate if registration has been successful
4. If successful, the member will see the following message explaining that although successful they must wait for the golf club to verify their details and activate their account. They will also receive an email at this point with a message to the same effect.
4. The golf club will also receive an email at this point which will look like the example below. This informs the club a member has registered to use the system and their account needs verified and enabled.
