1. Members uploaded to the system.
2. Make sure members know their Username.
- You can send an email to all your members which includes their Username. Please click here for a step by step guide.
3. Create Members Casual Booking Rules in "Tools", scroll down to the "Members Booking" section and click on "Casual Booking Rules".
4. Member Booking Link put on Club website.
- To get the members link to give to your club's Web Developer go to "Help" >> "Links on Club Website".
5. Notify Members that they have to Register online using their Username by going to the link on the website.
6. Admin Users of the system need to enable Members who have registered, so you can verify that each member is allowed to book online. For example a "Social" member could register for online booking but not actually be allowed to do so.
