If you wish to change a password for a user, such as a member, go to the Users page and find the user by clicking Find User. You can use the Retrieve Users filters to narrow your search.
From the search results, click to edit the User.
From the Update User Details page, scroll to the end of the page and you will see an option to Change Password.
Change Password: This option allows an admin to set a password for the new user. Admin will then need to provide the member with the password.
It would then be advised that the member sign in and change their password by going to My Account.
Reset Password: Alternatively, if you have added an email address for the User, you can use the Reset Password option to send them an email through which they can set up their own password.
