Select the desired cycle and fill out the information if you chose Selected Cycles. When completed, click Add Cycle/Period.
Click Next.
Fill out the Who to Bill page as desired.
If you selected Bill Selected Members, check the member(s) to bill on the Members list.
If you selected Bill Selected Membership Types, check the membership(s) to bill on the Membership Types list.
If you selected Custom Filter, click Select Filter and choose the desired filter.
Click Save.
In Step 3, click Select by the desired subscriptions.
If you selected a custom filter, the system displays only the subscriptions that match the cycle/period.
Prioritize the payment allocation by clicking and dragging the selected subscriptions into the desired order.
The priority relates to members paying bills through payment schemes or alternative arrangements. The system determines how to allocate the payment across the subscriptions in their bill. The Payments by Subscription Type report will show you the allocation of payments.
Fill out any custom bill items and click Add Item.
