BRS Golf customers who use a third party online payment gateway such as SagePay, WorldPay or Global Payments will be able to carry out a refund by going to the online portal for their provider.
Refunds from third party merchants do not automatically update the booking details on BRS and so you should additionally mark a payment as being refunded.
Follow the below steps below:
1. Go to the booking details screen of the booking by clicking on the time.
2. Expand the Payment section by click on it.
3. In the next available Payment slot fill in the appropriate information, but it the "Amount" column enter in a minus payment. EG: If the refund was £50 then enter in "-50".
4. Click "Apply".
