This needs to be received by the 26th of August or your transactions will be suspended.
Depending on your jurisdiction, we need to you to provide us with one of the documents below. The document should include the business/golf club name along with the address. A photo from your smart phone will be sufficient.
This can be sent through in JPEG, PNG or PDF format.

- Partnership Agreement
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Association
- An Oifig um Chlárú Cuideachtaí (Companies Registration Office) (Commercial Register Extract)
Second Piece of Information
- A scan of your driver’s license or passport.
AND
- Utility bill, bank statement etc. to verify proof of address.
