If you would like to export a list of all of your members email addresses out of BRS then follow the steps below.
1. Go to "Reports".
2. Do not select a "Start Date" and "End Date" as it does not apply to this report.
3. Change the dropdown menu "Type of Report" to "Members Email Addresses for Outlook" (3/4 of the way down the dropdown menu).
4. Click "Submit".
5. The list of email addresses will appear below, as well as as a step by step guide how to copy and paste the addresses into another email client (such as Microsoft Outlook) to send an attachment.
6. If you want to only choose a specific Membership Type you can use the "Membership Type" field to do this.
Alternatively you could run the "User / Members Details Report" and select the Table Format for an easy method to copy this to excel.
