If you wish to set up a new restriction for your members or visitors, please first go to, Tools > Course Restriction.
Setup Member Restrictions
- Add a restriction for the date and time period you wish to restrict
- Set the max group size
- Select to apply to 'Members Only'
- Add a message that will appear on the members tee sheet
A new widget for course status has been added to the BRS Dashboard. See below:
How will this appear to members?
The members logging into the responsive members module or the members app will only be able to populate the slots to the max group size.
The restriction will appear below as the below:
- On the member app the word “Restricted” will be hard coded into the slots that are not bookable on the booking details screen
- On the responsive members website, the words “Member not in list” will be hard coded into the slots that are not bookable on the booking details screen. See below:
Setup Visitor Restrictions
- Add a restriction for the date and time period you wish to restrict
- Set the max group size
- Select to apply to visitors only
- Add a message that will appear on the responsive/legacy visitor engines
How will this appear to visitors?
- Any visitors accessing the new visitor engine will only allow the user to select the bookable slots. See below:
- Any clubs using the old BRS booking engine will see the below:
Setup Member & Visitor Restrictions
Member and visitor restrictions can be setup together by selecting the Members & Visitors from the player types drop-down:
Please be aware:
- The tool is not compatible with any clubs using our old BRS Member Module (including the Club House PC). To upgrade for free to the new member module please contact support@brsgolf.com .
- Restrictions for Open Competitions need to be applied manually.
- Any restrictions are currently applied to all courses.
