Admin users cannot add members to the Waiting List. Only a member can add themselves to the Waiting List, via the steps below.
- When a member logs in to book a tee time, a "Waiting List" button will appear at the top of the member booking screen:
- Upon clicking the button, members will have the option to enter a preferred time to be placed on the waiting list:
- Clicking "Add me to the Waiting List" will add the member to the waiting list for their preferred time.
Note: Currently Admin Users cannot add a member onto the Waiting List. - If a member removes themselves from a competition, the Waiting List will add a member to the timesheet who is top of the list and requested a tee time within the timeframe.
- If an Admin User deletes a member from a competition the system will not automatically add another member to the competition. In order to do this, the Admin User must select the button "Process Waiting List" located at the top of the timesheet.
