Cancelling / Deleting GolfNow Bookings
Cancelling or deleting a GolfNow booking from your BRS timesheet will now push this cancellation to the GolfNow Website, and open the time again for sale. This is only the case for a cancelling or deleting a full booking, and not individual players on a booking.
- An issue preventing users from entering a ‘Res. Name’ in block capitals has been fixed.
- The behavior of the search function when typing a contact name into the ‘Res. Name’ field on the timesheet had inadvertently changed, this has now been corrected.
- Some failed payments were incorrectly being recorded in the VAT reports available for our new payments platform. These will be removed.
Deleting bookings on Google Chrome
We had been made aware of a bug in Google Chrome version 75 which was impacting some areas of BRS. The main effect experienced by users was that they could not delete bookings on the timesheet. We had to recommend that users switch to an alternative browser until this problem in Chrome was resolved by Google.
Chrome version 76 is now available, and Google have included the solution for this bug in version 76. As a result we would recommend users update their Chrome browser, and access BRS via Chrome after updating to version 76.
