Corrected an issue with ordering of members in the club messaging list (Message Selected Members) so that they are now arranged left -> right / top -> bottom in alphabetical order.
Bug Fix - to ensure that buggy inventory is updated when adding buggies to booking via the in-grid editor on the tee-sheet or via services in booking details.
