Service Reminder Emails
Two new, pre-formatted emails are available to be sent to your members in BRS. Navigate to Tools > Email Messaging and you will see the below:
- The ‘Member App Reminder’ email will send a pre-defined email to every member in your BRS system and is intended to help increase the number of members taking advantage of the app. This email outlines the benefits and functionality of the BRS Members App, as well as some details on downloading and logging into the app.
- The ‘BRS Registration Reminder’ is a similarly pre-defined email, it will ONLY be sent to ‘Enabled’ members who have not yet completed the Registration process in BRS. By increasing the number of members who are registered, clubs can decrease admin time spent on making bookings on behalf of members.
Please note – these emails cannot be customised before being sent.
Payment request emails, which can be sent using our new Payments processor, can now be deleted or re-sent from the ‘Payment Requests’ Tool.
