Updates
Member Data Sync via Third Parties
If your member data in BRS is currently fed from an external system like Club Systems or Handicap Master, and a member has registered for the Members Booking Module or the Members App, any changes to the member's contact information are ignored.
The good news is that this is about to change. Within the next week or two you will be able to choose to have all contact data updated if there are any changes in the source system. So, if a member's email address is updated in, for example, Club Systems, that will be passed through to BRS and will be updated there too - regardless of whether or not that member is registered in BRS.
This is a decision that should be carefully considered, as once any data changes are made we will not be able to revert them for you.
To register your interest in this feature, please send an email to our Customer Success team on support@brsgolf.com stating that you wish to enable the 'Full Member Data Sync'.
Improvements
- Resolved an issue that was assigning Membership types to guests when they were being manually booked in by an administrative user.
- When a buggy is either assigned or removed using the toggle feature in the Booking Details page, this activity will now be logged in the transaction history of the booking.
- If a user had the zoom level of their browser set to either more, or less than 100%, the 'Buggy ID' field of the Booking Details sometimes displayed incorrectly. This has been fixed.
- South African systems were experiencing problems with visitor bookings failing. This has been now resolved.
