On the Tools menu you'll see a new option called Legal Messages. Here Golf Clubs can input the various messages that will display to Members and Visitors throughout the online booking processes.
- Marketing Preferences - this is the message that the Member and/or Visitor will see when setting their marketing preferences, Golf Club's should use this to define what they are asking the Member or Visitor to consent to. We have provided a generic message as a default but the Golf Club must customise this for your own purposes.
- Visitor Terms and Conditions - if the Golf Club has the Visitor Module enabled they will see this option. These were previously in the System Configuration but we have moved them here in preparation for GDPR and any changes the Golf Club makes to these terms and conditions will NOT be visible to Visitors yet (until v12.6.0).
- Member Terms and Conditions - if the Golf Club has the Member Booking Module enabled they will see this option. These were previously in the System Configuration but we have moved them here - the Golf Club may not have set these before. These terms should state the general policies for being a member of the golf club and could include for example, your dress code, conditions of competition, tee time booking rules etc.
